CANCELLATION POLICY

A consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee is non refundable and will be applied toward your treatment or procedure if you choose to move forward. If you cancel or do not show for your appointment, the consultation fee will be forfeited. 

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations or no shows may result in a fee.
